Testosterone cypionate

Testosterone cypionate is a widely available synthetic version of the naturally occurring male sex hormone testosterone. It is classified as an anabolic steroid and is commonly used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men with low testosterone levels, a condition known as hypogonadism. The ester cypionate is particularly notable for its longer half-life and administered typically once weekly subcutaneously.

Testosterone cypionate is prescribed to address symptoms associated with low testosterone, including fatigue, decreased libido, and loss of muscle mass often associated with weight loss drugs and/or aging.
