Concierge Medical Services

Concierge medical services does not bill or accept payments from insurers. Though medical insurance is not required for services, it is highly encouraged in order to obtain necessary coverage for laboratory tests, medications, and screening evaluations if possible. The concierge medical services will attempt to communicate with your insurer and advocate on your behalf which is a prolonged process with no guarantee of success. The service fee for the concierge telehealth medical services is 1200 dollars for 12 months. Payments to be paid quarterly which encompass all follow up care for the calender quarter. If possible, please submit any recent prior laboratory or clinical records prior to your initial consultation.
